An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, repeating until March 25, 2020
Co-Dependents Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women whose common purpose is to develop healthy relationships. The only requirement for membership is a desire for healthy and loving relationships. We gather together to support and share with each other in a journey of self-discovery, learning to love the self.”
Co-Dependents Anonymous is a spiritual program, not a religious one. Nor is it a cult. Members frequently start, and continue, with no experience with nor belief in God. It is suggested that people new to CoDA keep an open mind about spiritual matters. Many have come to understand spirituality in a way that works for them. The CoDA program uses the word God to describe a power greater than ourselves. What a person chooses to imagine or call that power (if anything) is up to the individual.
