Rise and Shine Yoga is suitable for EVERYONE – those who are dealing with a health challenge currently, and those who just want to stay well. The class combines simple yoga poses, breathing exercises, and deep relaxation to increase flexibility, circulation, and overall well-being. A great way to begin your day. Open to all by donation. Extra mats and props available.

PRESENTER: Joy Nanda
BIO: Joy has been teaching therapeutic yoga classes for the last 20 years and is a graduate of the first Meditation Teacher Training at the McLean Meditation Institute. In addition to private craniosacral and meditation therapy sessions, Joy lectures and gives brain health workshops across the country based on her forthcoming book, “Meditation: Therapy for Your Brain.”
